Regarding delivery

Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer (Rakuten Bank), and Amazon Pay are available.
Amzaon Pay: If you are an Amazon user, you can use your account information to easily pay at our shop. Click the "Pay with Amazon Account" button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please pay the transfer fee at the customer's expense.
If payment is not made within 7 days after receiving our order confirmation email, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Paidy: We will need your Paidy account information.
Convenience store payment: You can pay from Seven-Eleven, Ministop, FamilyMart, and Lawson. If payment is not made within 72 hours , it will be automatically cancelled.

Only accepted before shipment. Please send an e-mail to shop-online@enneste.com with the subject <<Item Cancellation>>.

We only accept returns if the product is defective. In that case, please send an email to shop-online@enneste.com within 7 business days from the arrival of the product, with the subject "Return of goods".
Please note that we cannot accept returns without our approval.

Please be careful when registering the delivery address. If your address is registered incorrectly, you will be charged the shipping fee again for re-delivery.
After payment is received, the item will be shipped from Tokyo on the next delivery day by Japan Post Click Post*.
Delivery days are every Tuesday and Friday.
Click post shipping fee is 198 yen nationwide (1 kg / within 3 cm in thickness)
For items that cannot be shipped by Click Post, other services will be used and the difference will be incurred.
Wholesale customers will incur additional shipping charges.
If the delivery address is far away or in some areas such as remote islands, it may take longer to arrive due to postal conditions.
In the case of bad weather, disasters, etc., delays may occur before arrival.
Please note that if you purchase a pre-ordered item and other items together, all items will be shipped at the same time as the pre-ordered item.
If we are unable to ship due to business trips, vacations, etc., we will notify you by email after receiving your order.
