About payment

Credit card, ApplePay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Paidy are available.
Amzaon Pay：If you are an Amazon user, you can use your account information to make payments easily at our shop. Click the "Pay with Amazon Account" button and follow the instructions.
Paidy: You need your Paidy account information.
Convenience store payment: You can pay from Seven-Eleven, Ministop, FamilyMart, and Lawson. If payment is not made within 7 days, ithe order will be automatically cancelled.
Paypay: Scan the QR code with your Paypay app.

About the order completion email

After completing your order, a message will be automatically sent to your registered email address. In case you do not receive the email, please contact shop-online@enneste.com.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our Shipping days are every Tuesday and Friday. Items purchased by 10:00 AM on these shipping days will be shipped on the same day, but after that, they will be shipped on the next shipping day.
For "made to order" products, the processing time is indicated on the product page, after we manufacture the item, it will be shipped on the next shipping day.
All items ordered at the same time will be shipped together. If you would like to have the items shipped separately, please place separate orders.
If you purchase a pre-order item and other items together, all items will be shipped together after the pre-order item is ready. Please contact online-shop@enneste.com if you would like us to ship it separately. If there is an additional shipping charge, we will send you a credit card payment link.

[Domestic shipping]

Delivery time is 1-2 days from the shipping. If the delivery address is far away or in some areas such as remote islands, it may take longer to arrive depending on the delivery situation. In addition, in the case of bad weather, disasters, etc., there may be delays in arrival.
Items will be delivered using Yu-Packet or Yu-Pack of Japan Post.

Yu-Pack size 60: 759 yen, 80: 935 yen, 100: 1,111 yen, 120: 1,342 yen, 140: 1,518 yen, 160: 1,628 yen, 170: 2,046 yen
If you purchase above 15K JPY, shipping will be free.
We do not accept pick up at the store as it may cause the loss of the product.

[Overseas shipping]

For shipments to East Asia, we use Japan Post's international e-packet (under 2 kg) which can be tracked. You will be able to track your parcel through to delivery point with JAPAN POST Track & Trace service.
If the weight of the item exceeds 2 kg or the size of the box exceeds the international e-packet regulations (total length, width and height up to 90 cm), the item will be shipped via DHL.
For shipments to North America, Oceania and Europe, we use the DHL Express service. It takes 3-7 days depending on the country. The shipping fee automatically includes a Remote Area surcharge (¥2,600) charged by DHL. Please check the DHL REMOTE AREA LIST . Also, if there are any errors in your delivery address, we will charge a Address Correction surcharge (¥1,300) , so please make sure that the delivery address is correct before ordering.
Product prices are shown in currencies other than Japanese Yen and do not include 10% Japanese consumption tax.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

About stock

Since the products in our physical store are sold at the same time as the online shop, in-store sales are given priority, and even if the online payment is completed, it may be sold out. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible to propose an alternative product or discuss the cancellation process.

Please note that it can take around 2 weeks to reproduce the products at ENNESTE or to re-stock from some of Ennyaste Ltd.’s overseas suppliers. Thank you for your understanding.

About the color of the product

The colors in the photos posted on the online shop may differ from the actual product colors depending on the environment such as your monitor or room lighting.

About our Naturally-dyed products

Please keep in mind the following characteristics of Natural dyeing before purchasing.

The colours may be uneven.
Direct sunlight may cause discoloration or fading.
The color of the thread varies with each production lot. Please purchase the required amount at the same time.
